TWO LAWSUITS FILED AGAINST IKO COMPANIES IN CANADA

In December, plaintiffs from Ontario and Alberta filed class action lawsuits against IKO. The lawsuits allege claims under various consumer protection and competition laws. The Plaintiffs claim that their IKO roofing shingles were defective and began to leak, curl, split, or crack before the end of the warranty period.
