In RE IKO Roofing Shingle Products Liability Litigation is in Discovery

During the next several months, the parties in this class action lawsuit will engage in discovery. During this time, the parties exchange documents, interview witnesses, and ask and answer questions relating to the claims in lawsuits. For example, the named plaintiffs have requested that IKO produce documents relating to how the company handles warranty claims, tests shingles, determines who will receive a warranty payment, and how much to reimburse customers when their IKO shingles fail.
